Heavy Metal band, Metallica, are set to receive the Ronnie James Dio Lifetime Achievement Award this May (May 2), at the fifth annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards.
This will be the band’s first appearance at the five-year-old metal and hard-rock show, reports the Rolling Stone. “I’ve known those guys forever. This will show the world in a big way that these guys never forgot who they are. They’re still the same dudes.” Said Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian.
