In conjunction of taking ownership of their music, heavy metal rockers Metallica have launched their own record label, Blackened Recordings.
Their new record label is part of a contract provision Metallica negotiated with Warner Bros. in 1994. The move means the end of the band’s 28-year relationship with Warners. Rolling Stones reports.
