After weeks of anticipation, it’s finally here. “Scream & Shout,” Will.i.am featuring Britney Spears. The music video premiered Wednesday (11/28/12) night on the X Factor. The track is the fifth single from Will.i.am’s fourth studio album, willpower, due in 2013.
